I am the administrator of the INFRATECH email list, another PAHO/WHO
sponsored international email list dealing with healthcare
infrastructure and technology.
Many subscribers to INFRACARIB are also subscribers to INFRATECH.
I have been asked by Antonio Hernandez to help out with some
