I am the administrator of the INFRATECH email list, another PAHO/WHO
sponsored international email list dealing with healthcare
infrastructure and technology.
Many subscribers to INFRACARIB are also subscribers to INFRATECH.

I have been asked by Antonio Hernandez to help out with some
administrative tasks related to your INFRACARIB list.

Today, I have added 28 new subscribers to the list, members of BiPAC,
the Biomedical Professional Association of the Caribbean. They are
hoping to use this list as a communication vehicle. INFRACARIB now has
