Objectives:

The YGGDRASIL mobility programme promotes the internationalisation of Norwegian research by offering grants to international Ph.D. students and younger researchers in all subject areas in connection with research stays in Norway.

The programme seeks to encourage the establishment of new networks and the strengthening of existing ones, while at the same time making Norway an attractive destination for researchers at an early stage in their careers.

The programme provides grants for research stays for Ph.D. students and younger researchers who are affiliated with a higher education and/or research institution in the following countries (regardless of citizenship):

European countries: All countries, including all Council of Europe member states, except for the Nordic countries (Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden).
Non-European countries: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Egypt, India, Israel, Japan, Mexico and South Africa.

Duracion de las becas: entre 3 y 10 meses con una financiación de entre 2000 USD a 5000 USD mensuales (dependiendo si se viene con familia o soltero).

 

Los destinatarios son doctorado y post-docs. 
Las becas pueden ser solicitadas por ciudadanos de México, Argentina, Chile y Brasil.
