Drawing on Canadian experiences at the Federal,
Provincial/Territorial and local level, this presentation will describe the
roles that the health sector plays in advancing health equity and implications
for health in all policies.
Particular focus will be placed on how the health sector orients itself to
advance health equity; lessons from engaging beyond the health sector; and the
critical role of measurement, evidence and knowledge translation in mobilizing
change.
